摘　　要：通过对江苏省中西医结合医院数十年发展历程的探讨分析认为,中西医结合的结合位点比较模糊、中西医结合的品牌价值较为低端、中西医结合的人才梯队不够合理等,是该院发展阶段面临的主要困惑,并提出了相应对策。Hospitals of combined Traditional Chinese and western medicines have been greatly developed in recent decades. The major problems confronted by those hospitals during current stage include the vagueness of the combination, low - grade brand value and lack of qualified personnel well versed in Traditional Chinese and western medicines. Corresponding strategies are also discussed in the paper.
