大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸对幽门结扎型胃溃疡寒、热证模型大鼠血清cAMP、cGMP含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨幽门结扎型胃溃疡寒、热证模型的形成机制及寒、热性方剂对胃溃疡寒、热证模型的基本作用机理并进一步探讨方证相应的客观规律。方法:采用寒、热因素结合幽门结扎模型建立大鼠胃溃疡寒、热证模型,采用酶联免疫法检测受试大鼠血清cAMP、cGMP的含量。结果:各模型组大鼠血清cAMP的含量与空白对照组比较明显降低,cGMP的含量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。热性模型血清cGMP含量显著高于寒性模型。大黄黄连泻心汤可显著升高热性模型组大鼠血清cAMP的含量,降低cGMP的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01);理中丸可显著升高寒性溃疡组大鼠血清cAMP的含量,降低cGMP的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:通过"方证相应"理论验证了"病证结合"的胃溃疡寒、热证模型复制成功,大黄黄连泻心汤对热性胃溃疡、理中丸对寒性胃溃疡的治疗作用,可通过促进cAMP含量的释放、降低cGMP的含量而实现。Objective：To explore the forming mechanism of gastric ulcer model induced by pylorus deligation combined with cold or heat syndrome.And to observe the basic mechanism of action and objective regularity of ＂formula-syndrome corresponding＂ of cold or heat formula on gastric ulcer model combined with cold or heat syndrome.Methods：Adopting cold or heat factors combined with pylorus deligation method to establish gastric ulcer model combined with cold and heat syndrome.Using euzymelinked immunosorbent assay to detect contents of cAMP,cGMP in serum.Results：Compared to the blank group,the contents of cAMP decrease,and the contents of cGMP increase remarkably in each model groups（P0.05 or P0.01）.The contents of cGMP in heat model groups is higher than in cold model groups.The cold prescription Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction can increase the contents of cAMP,and decrease the contents of cGMP of heat model groups remarkably.The heat prescription Lizhong Pill can increase the contents of cAMP,and decrease the contents of cGMP of cold model groups obviously.The cold or heat prescription plays a obvious reparative role on the corresponding cold or heat model respectively.Conclusions：On the basis of the theory of ＂formula-syndrome corresponding＂,verifying the success of duplicating ＂disease-syndrome combination＂ model,that is gastric ulcer model combined with cold or heat syndrome.The therapeutic action of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction on heat-gastric ulcer,or Lizhong Pill on cold-gastric ulcer both can be achieved by promoting the release of cAMP,and decreasing the contents of cGMP.
