妊娠期贫血孕妇的中医辨体调护

摘　　要：目的:通过对孕妇进行中医生理状态的评估,探讨中医体质因素在妊娠期贫血孕妇中作用,对偏颇状态者进行辨体施养、辨体施膳、辨体施治等综合性干预措施。方法:选取2008年1月-2009年2月就诊的孕产妇600例为研究对象,通过中医生理状态评估问卷测定其孕期的中医生理状态,同时测定其血红蛋白值,根据孕妇中偏阴血虚体质者,对不同孕期进行辨体施养、辨体施膳、辨体施治等综合性干预措施结论偏阴血虚体质孕妇的贫血发病率高于平和质的孕妇(P<0.01)。通过对孕妇进行保健调护,使偏颇状态得以纠正,从而达到降低孕妇贫血的发病率,并在孕产妇保健中得以推广。Objective： To discuss the function of physical factors of Chinese medicine in pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism through its assessment of the physiological state of Chinese medicine to pregnant women,taking some integrated intervention measures,such as applying nutrition,applying diet and giving treatment to pregnant women of unbalance type.Methods： 600 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from January 2008 to February 2009 were selected.Tast their physiological state of Chinese medicine during pregnancy through the questionnaire of assessment of physiological state of Chinese medicine,and meanwhile measure their hemoglobin values according to the pregnant women whose constitution slants cold and blood asthenia,take some integrated intervention measures,such as applying nutrition,applying diet and give treatment to different pregnancies.Conclusion： The incidence of anemia of pregnant women whose constitution slants cold and blood asthenia is higher than the pregnant women with mild constitution（P0.01）.Through health caring for pregnant women,unbalance type will be corrected,so that the incidence of abnormal glucose metabolism rates can be reduced,which has been promoted in maternal care.
