摘 要:目的:观察小功率CO2激光灸重复照射足三里穴时耐受温度与耐受时间的变化规律,为CO2激光灸的临床广泛应用提供实验支持。方法:应用Powerlab多导生理记录仪记录10.6μm CO2激光灸重复照射8次时的30名健康人右、左足三里穴的耐受时间与耐受温度,并与温和灸重复熏灼8次的每次结果进行对比分析。结果:温和灸两侧足三里穴耐受温度均随温和灸重复熏灼次数的增加而逐渐升高,而耐受时间均随温和灸重复熏灼次数增加而逐渐降低;CO2激光灸左右侧足三里穴耐受温度随重复照射次数的变化不大,而耐受时间随重复照射次数的增加而增加。与温和灸相比,CO2激光灸各次重复照射时的耐受温度均显著小于温和灸(P<0.01),耐受时间显著短于温和灸(P<0.01)。结论:本试验所用CO2激光灸照射面积过小,功率密度偏大,应采用散焦等办法降低CO2激光束的功率密度。Objective: To observe the variation regularity of the tolerance temperature and time while the CO2 laser moxibustion repeatedly irradiate the acupoint of Zusanli in order to support experimentally the wide and clinical application of CO2 laser moxibustion.Methods:Repeatedly irradiate 8 times the acupoint of Zusanli(ST36) of both right and left feet of 30 healthy people by the 10.6μm CO2 laser moxibustion while using the powerlab to record the tolerance time and temperature.Then contrast the 8 results with that of while heat stimulated by warming moxibustion respectively.Result: While using the warming moxibustion,the tolerance temperature of both left and right ST36 raises because of the increasingly frequent use of the warming moxibustion.However,the tolerance time is just opposite.While using the CO2 laser moxibustion,the tolerance time of both left and right ST36 raises because of the increasingly frequent use of the laser moxibustion.There is no obvious relation between the tolerance temperature and the frequency of irradiating the left and right ST 36 by the CO2 laser moxibustion.Compared with the warming moxibustion,the tolerance temperature of each irradiating by CO2 laser is distinctly lower and the toleracne time is also shorter.Conclusion: The irradiated area of CO2 laser used in this trial is so little that the power density of CO2 laser is too higher.Depress the power density of CO2 laser by defocusing is necessary.
