摘　　要：肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种常见的功能性肠道疾病,临床以腹痛或腹部不适感伴有排便习惯改变为基本特征,关于其病因病机,现代多认为与情绪有关。中医理论认为其与发病肝脾密切相关。通过对对近20年来肠易激综合征的临床报道的统计学处理,发现:临床上肝郁脾虚型最多、脾胃虚弱型次之。证候表现以脾胃证候为主。Objective： To discuss the syndrome regular pattern of irritable bowel syndrome.Method： By searching related documents in recent 20 years from CNKI,we chose cases then we collected related data and did data manipulation.Result： 171cases were cited.Most of them are syndromes of spleen deficiency caused by liver stagnation.The second most of them are syndromes of weakness of spleen and stomach.The main clinical manifestations are stomach ache,poor appetite and abdominal distension.Frequency of these symptoms is 79.3% of all.The second frequent clinical manifestations are mental symptoms like agitation.The colours of tongue are mainly red and the tongue coatings are mainly white.Conclusion： Biao of IBS is the liver failing to maintain the normal flow of qi.Ben of IBS is spleen deficiency caused by liver stagnation.The main syndrome is liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.
