摘　　要：软胶囊制备工艺的考察实验。采用正交试验,通过对浸膏粒度,助悬剂、润湿剂用量的考察,对内容物的处方进行了筛选。结果表明软胶囊内容物的处方为:200目浸膏粉:大豆油:蜂蜡:磷脂(1∶1.4∶5%∶4%)。对不同条件下囊皮的溶解性能进行考察,确定囊皮的处方为:眀胶:甘油:PEG400:柠檬黄(1∶0.5∶0.075∶0.08)。The research was to observe formation of soft capsule,we chose suspending agent and wetting agent according three factors——granularity of extracts,the amounts of the suspending agent and wetting agent.The best prescription was extracting powder passed through 200 mesh： Soybean oil： Beeswax： Phosphate（1∶ 1.4∶ 5%∶ 4%）.In different conditions the ensured formation of capsule shell was： gelatin： glycerol： PEG400： lemon yellow（1∶ 0.5∶ 0.075∶ 0.08）.
