实时二维超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的评价

摘　　要：目的:对实时二维超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈进行评价。方法:对我院门诊及住院产前超声检查有脐带绕颈的74例孕妇进行了回顾性分析。结果:74例中55例符合,阳性诊断符合率74.3%。分娩方式:74例中阴道自产分娩45例(60.8%);剖宫产29例(39.2%)。结论:实时二维超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈经济、简便易行、可重复,但诊断脐带绕颈确诊率的高低,与检查者的经验及操作分析水平有很大的关系。Objective To evaluate realtime 2-dimensional ultrasonic diagnosis of fetus umbilical cord around neck.Methods It did a retrospective analysis of 74 pregnant women with fetus umbilical cord around neck through prenatal ultrasonic examination in outpatient service and hospitalization in our hospital.Results Of the total,55 cases were acceptable,with accordance rate of diagnosis up to 74.3%.Delivery mode：There were 45 cases（60.8%） with natural vaginal delivery of the total;pregnant women with cesarean section were up to 29 cases（39.2%）.Conclusion Realtime 2-dimensional ultrasonic diagnosis is economic,simple and repeatable.However,confirmed diagnostic rate of fetus umbilical cord around neck is closely related to experience and operation skill of examiner.
