更年舒心方对实验性更年期雌性大鼠性激素及骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究更年舒心方对去卵巢大鼠雌激素及骨密度的影响。方法:选用雌性Wistar大鼠摘除双侧卵巢复制更年期综合征模型,分为模型组,已烯雌酚组,更年舒心方组,及未去卵巢的假手术组。给药30天后,测定各组动物血清中ALP、Ca、P、E2、FSH、LH水平;取各组动物胫骨测定骨灰重及骨Ca、P量。结果:大鼠去卵巢后FSH、LH、ALP、Ca、P含量显著升高、Ca/P比值及E2的水平明显降低,与假手术组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),经治疗后,更年舒心方和已烯雌酚组大鼠血清中FSH、LH、ALP、Ca、P值水平下降,E2的水平上升,Ca/P比值升高;骨灰重、骨Ca、骨P含量均有所升高,与模型组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:更年舒心方是通过调节性激素水平及骨代谢来缓解和治疗更年期综合征的。Objective：The experimental study was carried out to prove effects of Gengninza Shuxin prescription on sexual hormone and bone density of experimental involutional female rats.Methods：The female Wistar rats with ovariectomized were randomized into two groups with treatment of Gengnian Shuxin Prescription and Diethylstilbestrol tablets,which were compared with OVX group and pseudo-operated group.All rats were killed after giving medicine for 30 days.The levels of ALP、Ca、P、 E2、FSH、LH in serum and Ca、P of bone were determined.Results The level of FSH、LH、ALP、Ca、P of serum were increased and the level of E2 was decreased.Gengnina Shuxin Fang and Diethylstilbestrol tablets can decrease the level of FSH、LH、ALP、Ca、P of serum,and increase the level of E2 of serum and Ca、P of bone of ovariectomized rats compared with OVX group.Conclusions：Gengnian Shuxin Prescription could treat involution syndrome by adjusting the levels of female sex hormone and bone metabolism.
