冠心病心阳虚证、心阴虚证患者体表与舌温度、湿度变化的临床实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探索中医按诊在冠心病心阳虚证和心阴虚证的定量化和客观化。方法:运用寒热湿诊测仪检测心阳虚证和心阴虚证患者体表多个部位的温度和湿度,经过T检验、聚类分析和相关分析。结果:手背温度、尺肤湿度与心阳虚证和心阴虚证相关性最好。手背温度,心阴虚组(31.8±2.0)℃。心阳虚组,(26.4±3.0)℃。尺肤湿度,心阴虚组55.7%±13.2%RH,心阳虚组55.1%±14.5%RH,与正常人组相比有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:手背温度、尺肤湿度对冠心病心阴虚证与心阳虚的定性诊断有重要意义,可作为客观量化的指标之一。Objective：To explore quantification and objectification of TCM palpation of coronary heart diseases of heart Yin deficiency syndrome and heart Yang deficiency syndrome.Methods： Cold-heat-dampness testing instrument was used to measure the temperature and dampness in various parts of body surface,and these data were analyzed by T test,cluster analysis and correlation analysis.Results： It is found that the temperature of hand dorsum and dampness of elbow-to-wrist skin have close relations with heart Yin deficiency syndrome as well as heart Yang deficiency syndrome.The temperature of hand dorsum in heart Yin deficiency group was（31.8±2.0）℃;in heart Yang deficiency group was（26.4±3.0）℃.The dampness of elbow-to-wrist skin of heart Yin deficiency group was 55.7±13.2% RH;in heart Yang deficiency group was 55.1±14.5%RH,showing significant difference compared with normal group.Conclusion： The temperature of hand dorsum and dampness of elbow-to-wrist skin are significant meaningful for diagnosis of coronary heart disease,which could be one of the objective and quantitative indexes.
