栀子豉汤治疗抑郁症有效部位的筛选研究

摘　　要：目的:筛选栀子豉汤抗抑郁症的有效部位。方法:对SD大鼠进行未知刺激制作抑郁症模型,以大鼠体重变化和血液中多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量为检测指标,以氟西汀为阳性对照,对栀子豉汤中挥发油、总多糖、异黄酮和总环烯醚萜苷四个部位进行筛选。结果:栀子豉汤中挥发油、环烯醚萜苷可明显降低大鼠体重变化(P<0.05),升高抑郁大鼠血中多巴胺、5-羟色胺的含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:确定挥发油和环烯醚萜苷部位为桅子豉汤抗抑郁有效部位。Objective：To screen the effective parts of treating depression in Zhizichi Decoction.Method：SD rats depression model was induced by unknown stimulation,fuxiting was applied as positive control,the weight variation of the rats and the concentration of dopamine（DA）,5-hydroxytryptamine（5-HT） in the blood was assayed to screen the effective parts in Zhizichi Decoction.Results：Essential oil and iridoid glycoside can decrease the weight variation（P0.05） and increase the contents of DA,5-HT in blood（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion：The results show that essential oil and iridoid glycoside were the effective parts of treating depression in Zhizichi Decoction.
