正交试验法优选复方降糖方提取工艺

摘　　要：目的:对复方降糖方提取工艺进行探讨。方法:水提取工艺以多糖得率为考察指标,醇提取工艺以栀子苷为考察指标,分别采用正交设计法对其最佳提取工艺条件进行优选。结果:6倍量水回流提取3次,每次2h,提取液合并浓缩至1g/mL,醇沉浓度为90%,放置时间24h为最佳水提取工艺条件;醇提取最佳工艺条件为:药材加65%乙醇10倍量提取2次,每次2h。结论:试验结果为确定复方降糖方的提取工艺提供了试验依据。Objective：To study the extracting technology condition for Compound Jiangtang Hypoglycemic Recipe.Methods：Total Polysaccharid in the water extration was the index and the content of Geniposide in ethanol extration by the orthogonal test was the index.Results：The optimum condition of water extraction were 6 times amount of water,decocting triple for 2h each time,with the concentration of alcohil precipitation 90% for 24 hours and optimal ethanol extracted conditions were adding the amount of 10 times 65% ethanol,decocting twice for 2h each time.Conclusion：The extraction technology optimized by the orthogonal test is simple and reasonable.The optimum condition is available for industrial production.
