摘  要:目的:对复方降糖方提取工艺进行探讨。方法:水提取工艺以多糖得率为考察指标,醇提取工艺以栀子苷为考察指标,分别采用正交设计法对其最佳提取工艺条件进行优选。结果:6倍量水回流提取3次,每次2h,提取液合并浓缩至1g/mL,醇沉浓度为90%,放置时间24h为最佳水提取工艺条件;醇提取最佳工艺条件为:药材加65%乙醇10倍量提取2次,每次2h。结论:试验结果为确定复方降糖方的提取工艺提供了试验依据。Objective:To study the extracting technology condition for Compound Jiangtang Hypoglycemic Recipe.Methods:Total Polysaccharid in the water extration was the index and the content of Geniposide in ethanol extration by the orthogonal test was the index.Results:The optimum condition of water extraction were 6 times amount of water,decocting triple for 2h each time,with the concentration of alcohil precipitation 90% for 24 hours and optimal ethanol extracted conditions were adding the amount of 10 times 65% ethanol,decocting twice for 2h each time.Conclusion:The extraction technology optimized by the orthogonal test is simple and reasonable.The optimum condition is available for industrial production.
