摘　　要：功能性消化不良(FD)是消化系统最常见的功能性胃肠疾病之一,几乎在人群的一生生活中,每个人都发生过消化不良症状,从功能性消化不良的病因病机、辨证论治、中医药的临床治疗3个方面对本病的中医药临床研究做了综述回顾。Functional indigestion（FD） is one of the most common digestive system functional gastrointestinal diseases.Almost everyone has sufferred dyspepsia symptoms.This article from the the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,the Chinese medicine clinical treatment of this disease,reviewed this disease＇s clinical research.
