电针结合康复对中风后偏瘫肩痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究电针结合康复对中风后偏瘫肩痛患者疼痛和上肢运动功能的临床疗效。方法:将129例中风患者随机分为3组,针灸康复组46例,采用电针结合康复进行治疗,针灸组41例、康复组42例,分别采用单纯电针和单纯康复进行治疗,评测3组在治疗前、后NRS疼痛数字评分、简化Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分及日常生活活动量表(ADL)。结果:NRS疼痛数字评分、简化Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分及日常生活活动量表(ADL)治疗后各组组内比较(P<0.05),各组疗后均优于疗前,各组组间比较(P<0.05),针灸康复组优于其他两组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合康复能促进中风患者偏瘫肩痛疼痛及上肢运动功能的改善。Objective：To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation in treating the patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain.Methods：129 cases of stroke were randomly divided into 3 groups,acupuncture rehabilitation group of 46 cases were treated by acupuncture and rehabilitation,acupuncture group of 41 cases were treated by acupuncture,rehabilitation group of 42 cases were treated with regularly physical therapy.Numerical rating scale,the simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb movement functional score and activity of daily living scale were observed before and after treatment.Results：There was significant differenice between each group before and after the treatment,numerical rating scale,the simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb movement functional score and activity of daily living scale in acupuncture rehabilitation group were higher than that in the other two groups.Conclusion：Electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation can facil the change of pain and upper limb movement function in hemiplegic shoulder pain patients.
