摘　　要：运用信息技术及物流传输系统,改进门诊药房的服务流程,为病人提供优质、高效、人性化的药学服务。在门诊"一站式"服务模式下,可有效缩短病人取药等待时间,提高了门诊药房工作效率和病人满意度。同时,药学人员只有在满足病人需求的药学服务中不断创新,才能促进医院药学的发展。To enhance the efficiency and level of the management for outpatient pharmaceutical services Via optimizating serviceprocess and the improvement of service style. The out - patient pharmaceutical services was improved with the help of information technology and pneumatic tube system , so that it could be provide the high quality, efficient and humanized services to the patients. The time of drug reception was shortened, the work efficiency and patient satisfaction was improved as well. It couldn＇ t promote the development of hospital pharmacy until pharmacists kept innovating in the services for outpatients at the one - station services style.
