摘 要:攀钢提钛高炉矿渣(简称为提钛渣)中的TiO2、氯离子和晶体物质含量较高,容易吸潮,而且因其颗粒较粗且其中所含TiO2会与CaO形成钙钛矿,所以其水化活性较低.经过水洗、烘干、磨细后,提钛渣的氯离子质量分数从3.14%下降为0.45%,减轻了氯离子对钢筋安全性的不利影响;同时,其水化活性提高,使内掺50%(质量分数,下同)磨细提钛渣的水泥砂浆强度活性指数从36%提高到68%,内掺30%磨细提钛渣的水泥砂浆强度活性指数达到84%;磨细提钛渣的水化活性低于S95级商品矿渣粉,高于Ⅱ级粉煤灰;磨细提钛渣改善了水泥石的微观结构,降低了水泥水化产物CH的定向生长取向性,使CH晶体尺寸变小,从而消除了大块CH晶体与周围其他水化产物的不良界面,对混凝土的耐久性有利.Pangang chlorination titanium blast furnace slag fume(TZ) contains higher mass of TiO2 and chloride ions.It is liable to be affected with damp.Because particle size of TZ is high and TiO2 can react with CaO to form ilmenite,TZ exhibits poor pozzolana activity.After being washed,dried and ground,chloride ion content(by mass) of TZ can reduce from 3.14% to 0.45%.Steel corrosion in concrete caused by chloride can be avoided.Meanwhile,pozzolana reactivity of TZ increases.If 50% of cement is replaced by the same mass of ground TZ to prepare mortar,the pozzolana activity index can be improved from 36% to 68%.If 30% of cement is replaced by the same mass of ground TZ,the pozzolana activity index is 84%.The pozzolana activity of ground TZ is lower than that of S95 grade of blast furnace ground slag,and is higher than that of Ⅱ grade of fly ash.Ground TZ can improve microscopic structure of hardened cement.It can decrease the directional tendency of hydration product CH of cement,and can reduce the CH crystal size.Therefore the disadvantageous interfaces between CH crystal and other hydration products losses.It is favorable for durability of concrete.
