摘 要:基于混凝土电阻率与含水率的关系,提出了一种定量评价混凝土养护效果的方法,即将设定接触面积的铜片电极以不同深度埋入混凝土试件内部,用恒电位计测试不同养护条件下混凝土试件内部电阻随深度的变化,根据计算出的混凝土内外层电阻率差值来判定养护的充分性.结果表明:可建立一条充分养护和不良养护之间的定量分界线,即当内外电阻率差值Δρ≤10kΩ.cm时可判定混凝土得到了充分养护,当Δρ≥50kΩ.cm时则可判定混凝土养护不良.A novel approach for making a quantitative assessment of how well concrete is cured is presented.The small copper electrodes with 0.3mm thick were embedded horizontally in 50mm within the surface 10,20,30,40 and 50mm of the specimens at the time of casting.The test was done to put concrete specimens to different curing conditions and examine the change in electrical resistance with depth on PS-6 potentiostat.The idea was that if a specimen was adequately cured,it would have a higher humidity within the near-surface layer concrete and show smaller difference in resistivity values at depths of 0-2 cm and 3-5cm,however,for the case of poor curing,the opposite would be true.Based on Δρ values at depths of 0-2cm and 3-5cm from the surface,a quantitative criterion between adequate and inadequate curing was established,i.e Δρ≤10kΩ·cm was indicative of adequate curing and Δρ≥50 kΩ·cm was indicative of inadequate curing.The test procedure is quick and uncomplicated,and is found to be extremely sensitive to test concrete curing efficiency.It can be developed into a new approach monitoring continually concrete curing efficiency in-site.
