摘 要:研究了60 Co-γ射线对粉煤灰活性激发的可行性、影响因素及激发机理.结果表明:在粉煤灰中加入石灰和化学激发剂,60Co-γ射线才能有效激发粉煤灰活性6;0Co-γ射线辐照对粉煤灰活性激发不受粉煤灰种类的限制,但对化学激发剂有选择性,试验条件下辐照剂量应控制在100kGre以下6;0Co-γ射线和化学激发剂共同作用对粉煤灰活性激发具有超叠加效应6,0Co-γ射线辐照提供的有效能量可使粉煤灰中玻璃体网状结构处于高能状态,与此同时该网状结构又被化学激发剂所破坏,从而加快了活性SiO2和Al2O3的反应速度,对粉煤灰早期强度的激发效果明显.The feasibility,influencing factors and mechanism of fly ash activation by 60Co-γ rays were investigated.It has been shown that fly ash with the lime and chemical activating agent can be activated effectively by 60Co-γ rays.The activation of fly ash by 60Co-γ rays is not limited by its kinds,but it is selective for chemical activating agent.Radiation content should be controlled below 100kGre.There is a super-superposition effects when 60Co-γ rays and activator worked together.Effective energy was provided by 60Co-γ rays irradiation,which made the network structure of vitreous body keep in high-energy states.At the same time,the network structure was destroyed by activating agent,which accelerated the reaction speed of SiO2 and Al2O3.The excitation effect of initial strength for fly ash is obvious.
