摘　　要：根据南方电网公司“供电企业提高供电可靠性综合工作方案及工作标准”中的要求，结合三亚市区配电网供电可靠性的定量评估和分析，对未来几年各年度三亚供电局各部门以及预安排停电各类型、每一条配电线路的故障和检修时间预控值等的供电可靠性指标按预控目标层层分解，将有效减少各个环节中重复停电、过分停电和不必要停电等现象，是实现供电可靠性目标“创先”顺利完成的有力保障。According to the requirement of ＂Comprehensive program and standards to improve power supply reliability in power supply enter- prises＂ of the South China Power Grid Company, together with Sanya distribution network reliability quantitative assessment and analysis, to decompose the power supply reliability index of each sector in Sanya power supply enterprise, various types of pre -arranging power failure, pre control value of fault and maintenance duration on each distribution line in the next few each years by the pre - control target. This pre -control method will effectively reduce the duration of repetition outage, excessive outage and unnecessary outage in every step, and will be the strong guarantee of successful achieving reliability goals ＂compete for advancement＂.
