摘　　要：介绍了蓄电池监测技术的发展及现状，论述无人值守变电站蓄电池监测系统的特点和要求，并据此提出详细方案，给出了基于以上要求蓄电池组在线监测系统的构成、工作原理和组建方法。This article introduces the history and current situation of the monitoring and controlling technology for the storage battery. It discussed the features and requirements of the storage battery monitoring and controlling system which is applied to the unattended transformer substation. It also provided a detailed solution based on the requirements hereinbefore, including the system architecture, operational principle and the way to set it up.
