江西农村药品质量安全与安全防范机制刍议

摘　　要：目的:全面了解江西农村药品质量安全现状与已建立的药品质量安全防范机制之间的关系。方法:自拟调查表,采取随机抽样方法,对江西全省93个县(市、区)的基层医疗卫生机构药房和药品经营企业进行现场调查。结果与结论:未发现有过期、失效的基本药物,药品质量安全防范机制的建立对保证基本药物质量起到了较好的促进作用。防范机制的不断完善,可保障农村居民及时获得质量安全的基本药物。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the safety situation of drug quality and the established defense mechanism in rural area of Jiangxi. METHODS： The questionnaire was designed to investigate the situation of primary drug agencies and drug-handling enterprises from 93 counties （city, areas） of the whole Autonomous Region on the site by random sampling. RESULTS CONCLUSION： The expired or the invalid essential drugs were not been found, which showed the establishment of the defense mechanism had played a stimulation role in protecting the quality of the essential drugs. Thanks to the establishment and the gradually improvement of the defense mechanism, the safety of the essential drugs quality has been fully guaranteed for the villagers.
