盐酸表阿霉素脂质体对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠生命质量的影响

摘　　要：目的对经盐酸表阿霉素脂质体治疗的S180荷瘤小鼠生命质量进行研究,为抗癌药物脂质体药效的评价提供一种新的方法。方法以小鼠摄水量、摄食量、体质量、自主活动次数和爬网时间为指标,评价经盐酸表阿霉素溶液及盐酸表阿霉素脂质体治疗的S180荷瘤小鼠生命质量。结果与盐酸表阿霉素溶液相比,经盐酸表阿霉素脂质体治疗后S180荷瘤小鼠生命质量得到改善。结论在以荷瘤小鼠为研究对象进行抗癌药物脂质体药效学研究时,生命质量是一种评价药物治疗效果的重要指标。Objective To investigate the quality of life of $180 tumor-bearing mice treated with epirubicin hydrochloride liposome, and provide a new method for evaluating the pharrnacodynamics of antitumor drug loaded liposomes. Methods The water intake, food intake, body weight, number of autonomic activity and time of climbing net were used as indicators to evaluate the quality of life of Siso tumor-bearing mice treated with epirubicin hydrochloride solution and epirubicin hydrochloride liposome. Results The quality of life of mice treated with epirubicin hydrochloride liposome were improved than that of mice treated with epimbicin hydrochloride solution. Conclusions Quality of life is an important indicator to evaluate the pharmacodynamics of antitumor drug loaded liposomes on tumor-bearing mice.
