摘  要:为解决膨化硝铵炸药中食盐添加剂吸湿性强以及对环境影响大的问题,通过实验,选择几种稀释剂对膨化硝铵炸药的爆速进行分析与比较,结果表明,JM-4稀释剂加入量为20%~25%时,炸药的爆速为2341~2523m·s-1,具有较好稀释能力,可作为低爆速爆炸焊接炸药理想的稀释剂。In order to solve the strong hygroscopicity and the disadvantages for environment of the salt added in expanded ammonium nitrate explosives, the detonation velocity of expanded ammonium nitrate explosives which were added into several kinds of diluent were analyzed and compared by experiments in this paper. The results show that when the addition amount of diluent JM-4 is in the range of 20-25 percent, detonation velocity is about 2345-2523m·s-1,which has better dilution ability, and it can be acted as ideal diluent of low detonation velocity explosives used in explosion welding.
