摘　　要：介绍了铋转炉的结构、运行环境及工作特点。同时针对运行中存在的实际问题阐述了相关的改造方法。特别从工艺出发,分析了铋转炉空载负重旋转侧移的原因,提出了可行、有效的改造方案,对实际生产具有指导意义。The structure, operation environment and the working characteristic of bismuth converter are instructed. In the meantime, the actual issues occur in the operation are also described as well as the improving measures. Espoeially in the process view, the rea- son for rotating lateral displacement of bismuth converter with or without load is analyzed. The possible and effective improving proposal is submitted which can guide the actual production.
