摘　　要：通过引进消化吸收瑞士博特的技术并进行工艺优化设计,提出了改造和创新意见,完成了蒸发装置的国产化,实现了精细化管理及水、电、汽的节约,使生产过程中的废水、废气得到了净化和回收利用。According to the asbsoption of technology of Bertrams and process optimization design, the innovation were put forward. The evaporation plant localization were finished. Fine management and saving of water, power and gas were realized. The waste water and gas were pured and recylced in production process.
