摘  要:为了解决高层建筑消防问题,提出了采用气动发射灭火弹方式的高层建筑消防炮方案.研究探讨了气动发射式高层建筑消防炮的工作机理,对消防炮的发射机构进行了详细的研究设计.研究中采用了伴随管式发射方式,解决了高压空气发射击发时需要瞬态达到膛内发射全压的难题.利用有限元方法对伴随管强度及撞击过程进行了分析,对击发和发射过程进行了运动学和动力学分析解算.计算分析结果验证了结构方案的可行性.A fire-extinguisher cannon which launches shells using the pneumatic method was developed for fighting high-rise building fires.The working principles of the pneumatic fire-extinguisher cannon were introduced,and the launch mechanism was designed.A launching method using an associated pipe was adopted.This method can make the pressure in the chamber reach the highest level immediately during the launching process.The strength and impact process of the associated pipe was analyzed by using the finite element method.Kinematic equations of the interior ballistics and the control pin in the launching process were deduced,and the feasibility of the design proposal was confirmed by the analysis result.
