摘　　要：结合实践并根据集体林区林权特点,选择了皖南东至县几个建造生物防火林带工程进行了典型调查,并总结了5个保障措施与5个营造技术措施。作者认为:必须通过各措施体系的落实,生物防火林带工程才能顺利建成并长期发挥作用。In this paper 5 safeguard measures and 5 construction technical measures were summarized according to a typical investigation of some selected biological firebreak forest belt construction projects in Dongzhi County of South Anhui,combined with practice and collective forest tenure characteristics.The writer held that only various measure systems were put into practice could the biological firebreak forest belt project be completed and play a long-term role.
