县级图书馆在“农家书屋”建设中的作用

摘　　要：享受文化的成果是每一个公民的权利,国家一直非常关心农民"买书难、借书难、看书难"的问题,农家书屋工程建设应时而生,它是全面推进农村文化建设、解决农民看书难的重要举措之一,建好农家书屋成为全国各县市图书馆的重要任务。南涧县图书馆从书屋的择址、管理员的选择、业务辅导等几个方面作了大量卓有成效的工作,使图书馆在全县农家书屋建设中发挥了主要的作用。It is civil right to enjoy the results of culture development. The central goverument has been working on the problems of farmers who have difficulties in buying, borrowing and reading books. As a result, the project of farmer bookstore comes into being. It is one of the most important measures to promote the cultural construction of countryside and solve reading difficulties for peasants. Besides, it is a vital task for all of libraries in the cities and counties to set up farmer bookstore well. Nanjian county library has done a lot of effective work, such as the choice of the address and administrators, business counseling and so on, which makes the library play a major role in the construction of the farmer bookstore in the whole county.
