摘　　要：高校毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源,随着新建本科院校的增多,高校扩招,新建本科院校毕业生"无业可就"和"有业不就"这两方面所带来的失衡状态不仅给社会的稳定和就业带来了相当大的压力,也不利于大学生自身的发展。笔者探讨了新建本科院校毕业生的就业情况,从社会层面、高校层面、毕业生个人层面对当前毕业生就业难的原因进行分析,在此基础上,重点阐述拓宽新建本科院校毕业生就业门路的对策,以期对拓宽毕业生就业门路,完善毕业生就业市场机制有所帮助。College graduates are the valuable human resources of a country.The increase in new undergraduate universities and the college enrollment expansion cause two-fold problems,including unemployment of the graduates from these new undergraduate universities and their reluctant to go for the available jobs.The imbalance caused by these two aspects leads to considerable pressure on social stability and employment.The imbalance is also not conducive to the development of the college students themselves.The writer investigates the employment of the new graduates from new undergraduate universities and analyses the reasons of the current employment difficulties from a social level,college level and individual graduate level.Based on the investigation and the analysis,this paper focuses on major experiences and methods to broaden the employment opportunities for the new college graduates in order to help to broaden the graduate employment opportunities and improve the employment market mechanisms practice.
