美皮康在PICC换药中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨美皮康用于经外周静脉置入的中心静脉导管(PICC)置管后换药,预防穿刺点感染及周围皮肤过敏。[方法]将80例行PICC置管1周后的住院病人随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,实验组常规换药后贴以美皮康敷贴,对照组常规换药后贴以3M透明敷贴。[结果]实验组出现1例感染,无过敏发生;对照组出现5例感染,4例过敏,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]美皮康敷贴在PICC换药中有优越性。Objective：To probe into the Mepilex used for dressing after PICC catheter,so as to prevent the puncture site infection and skin allergies around it.Methods：The inpatients in our department who underwent PICC catheter from October in 2010 to March in 2011 PICC line catheter 1 week after were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each.The experimental group cases were attached to Mepilex after accepting conventional dressing,control group cases were attached to 3M transparent dressing after the conventional dressing.Results：A case of infection and no allergy occurred in experimental group;five cases of infection and four cases of allergies occurred in control group,there was statistical significant difference between both groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Mepilex has advantages in PICC dressing.
