摘　　要：[目的]探讨针对性健康教育对截瘫合并糖尿病病人的效果。[方法]选择32例截瘫合并糖尿病病人,采取一对一针对性健康教育。[结果]采取针对性健康教育后,病人糖尿病知识掌握较教育前明显提高,血糖及餐后血糖控制较前理想。[结论]针对性健康教育使截瘫合并糖尿病病人提高了病人对健康行为及生活方式的认知程度,能帮助病人有效控制血糖,提高治疗效果。Objective：To probe into the effects of targeted health education for paraplegia patients complicated with diabetes mellitus,so as to promote the patients to develop good habits and healthy lifestyle,effectively controlling the blood sugar,reduce or delaying the occurrence and development of complications.Methods：A total of 32 cases of paraplegia patients complicated with diabetes mellitus were selected,and one to one targeted health education were taken for them.Results：After targeted health education,diabetes mellitus knowledge of the patients was enhanced and the blood sugar control and postprandial glycolic control were more ideal.Conclusion：Targeted health education has improved the cognitive level of paraplegic patients complicated with diabetes mellitus to health behaviors and the life style,and it can help the patients effectively control blood sugar,and improve the curative effect.
