摘　　要：目的:临床药师在临床查房中对临床药物的使用进行关注,使用药更合理有效。方法:以冠心病患者经皮冠脉支架植入术、术后质子泵抑制剂的应用选择分析。结果与结论:对PCI术后,使用氯吡格雷抗血小板聚集的患者,需联合PPI类药物预防消化道出血,宜选用泮托拉唑,以减少心血管事件的发生。Objective： To attract the attention of clinical pharmacists to the reasonable use of drugs in clinical rounds.Methods： Analysis was made on the choice of proton pump inhibitors in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention（PCI）.Results and Conclusion： Patients with coronary heart diseases after PCI usually combine the use of clopidogrel to prevent platelet aggregation and proton pump inhibititors（PPI） to prevent gastrointestinal bleeding.Among the PPI pantoprazole is the most effective to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.
