摘　　要：针对航天企业多型号并举的研制和生产模式对人力资源管理提出的新要求,构建了基于角色及其能力素质的岗位模型。在岗位定义和特征分析的基础上,研究了角色化的岗位和角色的能力素质,构建了岗位能力素质模型,并在此基础上建立了基于角色及其能力素质的一般岗位模型,分析了工作、角色和能力素质三者之间的关系,揭示了航天企业人力资源与岗位之间的匹配机制。In order to build the multi - project development and production mode of aerospace enterprise for demands of human resource management, it describes the position model based on its roles and competence, proposes the post definition and feature analysis, analyzes the roles of position and the role of competence to establish post competency model, builds the roles and competence based on general post model, demonstrates the relationships in the role, position and competence, develops the matching system between human resources and position in aerospace enterprise.
