摘  要:介绍了周油坊铁矿"多碎少磨"生产的现状和冬瓜山铜矿半自磨机替代中细破碎的生产实际,提出分四步将周油坊铁矿3台粗磨Φ5.03m×6.4m溢流球磨机改为钢球加大到Φ250mm、转速加快到18r/min和改用滚动主轴承的新型溢流半自磨机,停用中细破碎和细磨生产设备。改造后的磨矿产品粒级更佳,可完成750万t/a破磨生产任务,不仅可节省扩建300万t/a破磨系统的基建投资1亿元左右,而且破磨单耗由25kWh/t下降到8kWh/t以下,年创经济效益1亿元以上。This work introduced the current production status of "more crushing and less grinding" for Zhouyoufang Iron Mine and the practice of using semi-self-mill to substitute middle-fine crushers for Dongguashan Copper Mine. The reformation takes four steps to substitute those three overflow ball mills with 695. 03 m× 6.4 m for rough grinding for Zhouyoufang Iron Mine with new type overflow semi-self-mill: the diameter of steel balls was increased to 69250 mm, rotate speed was increase to 18 r/min,the rolling-type main bearing were adopted, and the middle-fine crushing and fine-grinding equipment were not used. After reformation, the new mill is capable of annual crushing and grinding of 7.5 million tons with better product size distribution. This means that the capital investment of over 0. 1 billion yuan would be saved for expanding a 3 Mt/a erushing and grinding system. Moreover, the unit energy consumption of crushing and grinding could be decreased from 25 kWb/t to 8 kWh/t, which is equivalent to annual economic benefit of over 0.1 billion yuan.
