摘　　要：本文通过对合作社发展数据背后所隐含问题的解析,提出以下观点:对合作社的发展数据应有理性判断,不要放大合作社对农民的实际带动能力;激励与监管并重的合作社发展政策才能取得政策的正效应;持有股份是合作社成员身份的重要标志,也是成员行使民主权利的基础;合作社的未来走向取决于政府导向和合作社相关主体之间的利益博弈。The paper interprets the problems of specialized farmers' cooperatives hidden behind the data of their rapid development and puts forward the following views.Firstly,the judgment on the data of the development of specialized farmers' cooperatives should be rational;their actual ability of driving farmers can't be enlarged.Secondly,only the development policy laid equal stress on prompting and supervision can obtain the policies' positive effect.Thirdly,holding shares of stock in a specialized farmers' cooperative is the important symbol of cooperative membership,and is also the foundation of a cooperative member to exercise his democratic rights.Forth,the future trend of specialized farmers cooperatives' development depends on the guidance of government and the interest game among relevant main bodies of the specialized farmer's cooperative.
