新型农民专业合作经济组织内卷化及其制度逻辑——基于对河南省A县和B市的调查

摘　　要：本文采用田野调查方法,以河南省A县和B市农民专业合作社为分析对象,对农民专业合作社制度的演进轨迹进行了分析。本文认为,新型农民专业合作经济组织出现了内卷化的现象。在合作经济组织制度化的过程中,农业产业经营的组织化程度和农户的组织化程度没有出现预期的由低级到高级的变革过程,而从性质上讲,小农户经济的性质并没有发生实质性的改变,没有出现农业现代化的革新和演变。本文从新制度主义的视角,对新型农民专业合作经济组织内卷化进行了解释。Based on the data of investigation in A and B counties in Henan province by field work,this paper analyzes the evolutionary path of the farmers' specialized cooperatives.The analysis shows that the new type of farmers' specialized cooperatives tends to be involuted.It means that,in the process of institutionalization of cooperatives,the organizational degree of agriculture industrial management and small farmers doesn't change from the lower to higher,and the essence of small farmers' economy doesn't change at all,and there is no substantive institutional innovation and modernization of agriculture.The paper states its institutional logic of farmers' specialized cooperatives' involution from the perspective of new institutionalism.
