摘 要:研究了在不同温度下发射率为0.605~0.935的红外迷彩涂层的表观温度和红外图像以及由高、中、低3种发射率涂料组成的三色红外迷彩的辐射对比度随温度变化情况,获得了三色红外迷彩涂料的适用温度范围。结果表明:对于三色红外迷彩涂料,目标与背景实际温差每升高1 K,辐射对比度|C|增大约0.011,即伪装效能随温差增大而降低;当温差超过±20 K时,三色红外迷彩涂层的平均表观温度与背景表观温度之差大于10 K,即涂层几乎没有红外伪装效能。The apparent temperature and images of infrared pattern painting with emissivity ranging from 0.605 to 0.935 at different real temperature as well as the radiance contrast of three-color pattern painting, composed of coatings with high, middle, and low emissivity, varying with the real temperature were investigated, and the practicable temperature range for the three-color pattern painting was obtained. The results demonstrate that the radiance contrast (ICI) increases about 0.011 when the real temperature difference between the three-color pattern painting and background raises 1 K, that is, the camouflage efficiency decreases with the increase of the temperature difference, and also shows that when the real temperature difference between the three-color pattern painting and background beyonds ±20 K the apparent temperature difference between them is more than 10 K, indicating that the three-color pattern painting has little camouflage efficiency under the conditions.
