摘  要:基于部分相干光的传输理论,研究了有初级像差多色部分相干平顶高斯光束被光阑衍射后的光谱变化规律,并通过数值计算,重点对球差、慧差、像散、场曲和畸变等初级相差对光谱移动和光谱开关的影响进行了分析比较。研究表明:在考虑光学系统存在各种初级像差的情况下,轴上光谱也会出现光谱移动和光谱开关。光谱移动和光谱开关不仅与光阑截断参数、光源谱宽度、光束的空间相干度、光束的阶次及场点位置等因素有关,初级相差对光谱移动和光谱开关也会产生影响,不同的像差系数对光谱开关的位置、光谱跃迁量、光谱开关的变化范围、光谱开关出现与消失产生不同的影响。Based on the propagation theory of partially coherent light, the spectral changes of diffracted polychromatic partially coherent flat-topped Gaussian beams through an aberrated aperture were studied and the numerical calculation results were given. How the various aberration such as spherical aberration, coma, astigmatism, curvature of the field and distortion affects the spectral shifts and spectral switches were mainly analyzed. The research shows that, in consideration of various primary aberration, spectral shifts and spectral switches also appear on the axial points. They not only relate to truncation parameter, original spectral width, spatial coherence parameter, order of beams and position of optical field, but also to primary aberration. The different aberrated coefficients have different influences on the position of spectral switches, spectral transition height, range of spectral switches, appearance and disappearance of spectral switches.
