摘  要:根据坝体碾压混凝土性能指标和施工要求,利用单因素试验研究了坝体不同标号三级配混凝土的粗细骨料组合、粉煤灰掺量、水胶比和砂率,并采用绝对体积法给出了施工配合比。试验结果表明,当采用玄武岩与灰岩为粗细骨料组合、大石∶中石∶小石为35∶35∶30、砂率为32%、用水量为88kg/m3、粉煤灰掺量为50%时,能满足C25、C20和C15坝体碾压混凝土各项性能指标和施工要求。According to construction requirements and performance index of roll compacted concrete (RCC) dam, single factor experimental method is used to study combination of coarse and fine aggregate, mixing amount of fly ash, water binder ratio and sand ratio for three gradations concrete of different dam body mark. And then the construction mixing ratio is calculated by using absolute volume method. Experimental results show that when coarse and fine aggregate are basalt and limestone with 35 : 35 : 30 ratio of big, middle and small stone, 32% sand ratio, 88 kg/m^3 water content, 50% mixing amount of fly ash, the construction mixing ratio can meet the performance index and construction requirements of C25, C20 and C15 of RCC.
