摘　　要：文章介绍了一种电阻电容测试仪的设计方法,该系统以STC89C52单片机为核心,由键盘、液晶显示器、555等器件组成。单片机测量电阻和电容所对应振荡电路所产生的频率值来实现对电阻值和电容值的测量。系统测试结果在液晶上显示,用户可以通过键盘选择不同的量程,当所测电阻值或电容值超出量程时,系统会自动报警。另外,系统具有记忆功能,方便用户记录和查询测试数据。This paper introduces the design of a kind of multi-range resistance and capacitance tester.The system adopts STC89C52 SCM as the core,and consists of a keyboard,LCD,555,and other components.The SCM carries out the measurements on the resistance and capacitance values by measuring corresponding oscillating circuit frequency value.The results will be displayed in the LCD.Users can select different ranges with keyboard,and the system offers an alarm function when the value is beyond the range.In addition the system has a memory function for facilitating users to record and query the test data.
