摘　　要：依据节能减排在海洋石油工艺设计中实践的基础,结合具体设计项目的节能减排做法,着重从油气伴生气利用的角度分析了工艺流程优化设计对节能减排的作用,为今后海上油气田开发项目的节能减排设计提供参考。Offshore oil process design plays a vital role in the energy-saving and emission -reduction work. This paper is based on the practice in the offshore oil process design, integrating with several energy-saving and emission-reduction methods of specific projects and effects of process design optimization design has been analyzed from the associated gas utilization, which will be referred by other design projects.
