天广直流输电工程控制保护功能的完善

摘　　要：简述了天生桥至广州直流输电工程的系统调试过程,分析了广州站选相合闸装置的可靠性、换流变阀侧零序电压保护动作情况、非故障站50Hz保护动作情况、直流落点增多引发连续换相失败的现象及潜在风险、金属回线运行方式下接地极线路开路保护动作情况,并相应提出了改进措施并付诸实施。以上几个技术问题的解决,完善了该工程的控制保护功能,保证了该工程的顺利投运。The commissioning procedure of the Tian-Guang HVDC Power Transmission Project（from Tianshenqiao Hydropower Station to Guangzhou） was described.Some protection and control functions were analyzed,including the reliability of the phase selection switch-on device,the zero sequence voltage protection of the converter transformer,the 50 Hz detection in non-fault substation,the continuous commutation failure due to the multi-infeed HVDC systems,and the earthing electrode open-circuit protection in metallic return mode.Some suggestions about the improvement of the above protection and control functions were offered,and the control and protection functions of the Tian-Guang HVDC project had hence been enhanced.
