基于档案事业发展的档案事业综合评估的诉求分析

摘　　要：随着我国政治、经济的不断发展,对档案事业发展质量的要求也在不断提升,从而导致档案管理工作在向高阶段发展进程中对档案事业发展的综合评估提出更高诉求。鉴于对以前(第一轮)档案事业综合评估的绩效分析和近几年档案事业发展的实践经验,笔者认为必须做到评估内容系统化、评估主体多元化、评估取向立体化和评估指标体系科学化,唯有如此,我国档案事业发展综合评估的各种功能才能彰显,评估的目的才能实现。With the political and economic development of China, need for the quality of archives business development is also rising, which leads to higher demands for comprehensive assessment of archives management in the development to a higher stage. Considering the previous performance analysis of comprehensive assessment of archives business and the experience of practice of recent development of archives business, the author believes that content of the evaluation must be systematical, main body must be diversified, orientation must be three-dimensional, and index system must be scientific. It is the only way to demonstrate the various functions and to achieve the purpose of comprehensive assessment of archives business development.
