摘  要:选煤厂无线点检系统利用CC2430低功耗芯片构建基于ZigBee协议的无线传感器网络并采用ADXL335加速度传感器对关键设备的振动进行检测实现点检自动化。无线节点采用可充电锂电池供电,其能量是有限的,最大限度的实现节能设计成为点检系统能否产生生产效益及减少操作复杂度的关键。节点的能量主要消耗在通信模块、处理器模块及传感器模块,文章深入分析了节点的传感器模块及处理器模块能量消耗,采用主动式感应及动态能量管理策略,极大限度地减少了节点的能量消耗。The wireless sensor network on the ZigBee protocol was established with the wireless point inspection system of the coal preparation plant with the CC2430 low power chips.The ADXL335 acceleration sensors were applied to inspect the vibration on the key equipment to have the point inspection automation.The wireless node could be powered with the rechargeable lithium battery and the energy value would be limited.The maximum energy saving design would be the key for the point inspection system to have production benefit and to reduce the operation complication.The node energy would mainly consume on the communication module,processor module and sensor module.The paper had a deep analysis on the energy consumption of the node sensor module and processor module.The active induction and dynamic energy management strategy applied could highly reduce the energy consumption of the node.
