摘 要:目的建立磁石的X射线衍射(XRD)Fourier指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)技术对矿物药磁石进行分析,测定其XRD Fourier指纹图谱,并作模糊聚类法分析和相似度评价。结果初步建立了以11个共有峰为特征指纹信息的12批磁石的XRD Fourier指纹图谱分析方法,其中4号峰和7号峰分别为石英和四氧化三铁的特征峰;所分析样品XRD Fourier指纹图谱的相似度为0.849~0.998;少数样品XRD Fourier图谱的峰数目和峰强有一定差异;生品与煅制品的XRD Fourier图谱有明显差异。结论 XRD Fourier指纹谱分析法可用于磁石药材的鉴定与分析。AIM To establish the Fourier transform X-ray diffraction(XRD) fingerprint of Magnetitum.METHODS The technology of powder XRD was used for analysing Magnetitum and the XRD Fourier fingerprints were determined.The data were analyzed by fuzzy cluster and fingerprint similarity evaluation software to compare the similarity of the samples.RESULTS XRD fingerprint contained eleven common peaks in twelve batches of Magnetitum,the fourth peak of which was SiO2 and the seventh was Fe3O4.The similarity coefficients ranged from 0.849 to 0.998.There was the difference of peak number and peak intensity in a few samples.There were obvious differences between the pre-and post-processing samples.CONCLUSION The XRD fingerprint could be used for the appraisal and the analysis of Magnetitum.
