摘  要:目的探讨六神丸及其组分雄黄、蟾酥与无机砷急性毒性差异。方法 30只小鼠分成5组并一次灌胃给予六神丸、雄黄、蟾酥、砷酸氢二钠(As5+),8 h后检测肝、肾、心病理,砷蓄积及金属硫蛋白的表达。结果六神丸、雄黄、蟾酥对血谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和血尿素氮BUN及肝、肾、心组织病理,金属硫蛋白的表达无明显影响。而As5+明显升高血清中ALT、BUN水平,组织砷蓄积量远大于六神丸和雄黄,引起严重的病理改变及诱导金属硫蛋白表达。结论六神丸急性毒性远小于As5+,也不等同于雄黄和蟾酥急性毒性的简单叠加,用总含砷量去评价六神丸的毒性是不科学的。AIM To compare acute toxicity of Liushen Pill(LSP),realgar,toad venom,and sodium hydrogen arsenate As5+ in mice.METHODS Mice were assigned to five groups and given orally LSP,realgar,As5+,and toad venom and normal saline damage to the tissues of liver,kidney,heart and expression of metallothionein were detected in 8 h.RESULTS Liushen Pill,realgar,and toad venom exerted small effect on the levels of analine aminotransferase(ALT),urea nitrogen(BUN) in blood.And on the tissues of liver,kidney,and heart,as well as the expression of metalloenzyme.But As5+ markedly elevated the levels of Arsenic accumulation more than caused by Liushen Pill and realgar,brought about the serious pathologic lesion and induced expression of metallothionein.CONCLUSION Acute toxicity of Liushen Pill and realgar is far less than that of As5+ and the use of total Arsentic content to evaluate the safety of Liushen Pill appears to be inappropriate.
