摘  要:目的探索五味子中木脂素肠溶微球的最佳制备工艺,并考察其体外释药特性。方法采用相分离法,以聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ作为载体材料制备微球,并以微球包封率、收率、外观形态为考察指标,正交设计优化出五味子中木脂素微球的制备工艺。结果制得微球形态圆整,包封率31.1%,收率95.0%。五味子中木脂素肠溶微球在pH6.8的缓冲介质中体外释药良好,3 h释放可达到95.0%。结论本制备工艺稳定,操作简便,产品体外释放良好,可以用于五味子中木脂素肠溶微球的制备。AIM To prepare Schisandra total lignanoids enteric microsphere,and to evaluate the release in vitro.METHODS An improved method of phase-separation was used to prepare Schisandra-eudragit-microsphere.The orthogonal test design was used to optimize the preparation of microspheres with encapsulation efficiency,yield and appearance rating.RESULTS The microspheres of prepararion with the optimizing technology had a good appearance.The yield of the microspheres was up to 95.0% and the encapsulation efficiency reached 31.1%.Schisandra total lignanoids showed good enteric dissolubility in buffer solution with a pH of 6.8.The accumulative release rate of Schisandra total lignanoids from microspheres in 3 h was about 95%.CONCLUSION The optimized process is stable and practicable.The release in vitro is rapid.It is suitable for Schisandra lignanoids enteric microspheres.
