摘　　要：目的探讨影响环氧乙烷消毒作用的因素和保证消毒灭菌合格率的对策。方法制备不同种待灭菌包,在不同条件下经不同浓度环氧乙烷消毒灭菌对比各种影响因素。结果发现环氧乙烷消毒最适合的浓度为450～1200mg/L,温度37～63℃,相对湿度在40%～80%。结论必须有正确的消毒灭菌方法,才能保证灭菌物品合格率。Objective To investigate the factors affecting the sterilization results of ethylene oxide and the measures to enhance the disinfection quality.Methods Various sterilization bags were prepared and sterilized the ethylene oxide under different conditions and the factors influencing the sterilization results were analyzed.Results The optimum sterilization concentration,temperature and relative humidity of ethylene oxide were 450mg/L～1200mg/L,37℃～63 ℃and 40%～80%.Conclusion Correct operational approaches be used to guarantee the qualified sterilization quality with ethylene oxide.
