摘　　要：remimazolam是一种新型超短效水溶性苯二氮类衍生物。其镇静作用起效迅速、持续时间短,能迅速被组织酯酶水解为无活性的代谢产物,对心血管和呼吸系统影响小,患者认知能力恢复快且完全。有望成为一个新的安全有效的临床镇静催眠药。Remimazolam is a new ultra-short-acting and water-soluble benzodiazepine derivative, which produces sedation with rapid onset and shorter duration. Remimazolam is hydrolyzed by esterases to an inactive metabolite. Remimazolam has low cardio/respiratory depression and cognition function recovery quickly and completely. Remimazolam has a great potential role as a clinical sedative. The pharmacokinetics and clinical application of remimazolam were summarized in this paper.
