摘 要:研究了抗氧剂GM对SBR/HAF共混胶的硫化特性、力学性能和耐热老化性能的影响,并通过TG分析表征共混胶的耐热稳定性。结果表明,抗氧剂GM具有防止焦烧和软化胶料的作用,随着GM用量的增大,共混胶的伸长率和撕裂强度升高,硬度下降。共混胶的耐热老化性能随抗氧剂GM用量增大而提高,GM用量以3份为宜。TG分析表明,加入抗氧剂GM后,共混胶的耐热稳定性提高。The effect of antioxidant GM on the curing characteristics, mechanical properties and heat aging properties of SBR/HAF blends had been researched and the heat stability of the blends was chacharacterized by TG a- nalysis. The results show that antioxidant GM have effect on anti-scorching and softening. The tear strength and elongation at break incerase while hardness decreases with the addition of GM. The heat aging properties of the blends are improved with the increasing of GM dosage and the proper dosage of GM is 3 phr. TG analysis shows that the heat stability of the blends increases with the addition of antioxidant GM.
