摘  要:通过研究大型回转窑支承系统组件的摩擦和接触载荷特点,基于力平衡关系分析托轮和轮带相依滚动与轴向窜动的二维复合摩擦运动规律,建立了摩擦载荷与摩擦因素计算模型。利用赫兹理论和椭圆积分,导出托轮和轮带中心线在平行与歪斜情况下的接触压力分布公式,计算出最大接触压力比和中心线歪斜角度之间的定量关系,表明接触压力对歪斜角度十分敏感。该研究可为支承系统的分析设计和窑线调整提供参考。After investigating the characteristics of the friction and the contact loads of the supporting parts of a large rotary kiln, the compound frictional movement of rolling and axial moving between the tyre and the roller is analyzed based on the force balance relationship, and the model of calculating the friction load and the friction coefficients is built. According to the Hertz's theory and the elliptic integral, formulas of the contact pressure distribution are deduced while the axis of the tyre is parallel with as well as deflective from that of the roller, and the quantitative relationship between the maximum contact pressure ratio and the axis deflection angle are calculated, which indicates that the contact pressure is very sensitive to the deflection angle. The findings can be used as references for the analytical design of the supporting system and the axis alignment of the kiln shell.
